Horizontal Bandsaw Machine
The bandsaw machine is widely use for cutting
materials such as metal, wood, plastic, and
metals of various sizes. The machine consists of
a continuous band that is stretched between two
or more wheels to cut the material. Basically,
horizontal bandsaw machines are used to cut a
variety of materials such as plastic, wood or
metal.

Horizontal Bandsaw Machine comes with the
following features

• Electrical control panel with push button,
  emergency stop button, main isolater, PLC, VFD,
  step down transformer, auxiliary
  contractor, cable connector and connector with
  fuses with fuses for solenoid coil to protect
  PLC. 
• Heavy duty Warm reduction gear box for blade
  rotation to minimize polygon effect to enhance
  tool life, surface finish and minimize vibration
  during cutting.
• Automatic blade guide setting with the opening
  and closing of moving vice to avoid accident due
  to negligence of the operator. Also, moving blade
  guide always remains very close to the bar.
