• Steps to Solve quickbooks error 15241.
• Click the Close button in QuickBooks Desktop.
• To manage the system, select the system from the
  Windows start menu, and then click Manage.
• To access Services and Applications, click on the
  left-hand pane.
• Select Services from the right pane.
• Select the QuickBooks File Copy Service by
  double-clicking it.
• Click the drop-down arrow next to Startup type in
  the General tab and select Manual.
• Press the Apply button.
• Press the OK button once you have selected start.
• QuickBooks Desktop should open.
• You can download the QuickBooks Desktop product
  updates here.
• Tables for payroll taxes should be updated.
