Introduction

Meaning of Verbal and Non Verbal Communication

• Verbal communication can be simply defined as the
  form of communication in which we make use of a
  set of standard words so as to convey a piece of
  information. There are two types of verbal
  communication namely oral and written.
  Non-verbal communication can be defined as the
  form of communication in which you make use of
