• India Celebrated its Second digital marketing day
  on 16th December 2019.
• According to sources and by looking at the recent
  trends, one thing is for sure, the future of
  digital marketing is going to be very bright in
  India. Here are some reasons to further
  strengthen the above mentioned.

• 1. Change in traditional marketing
• Earlier the mode of marketing was more inclined
  towards mouth publicity and door to door
  publicity where more manpower to audience ratio
  was high, i.e. more manpower was needed to
  promote a business or a service on a large scale.
• The trend of digital marketing in India can be
  said to still be in its infancy stage but soon it
  will boom and will generate a lot of business
  opportunities driving sales and growth.

• 2. It is all digital
• Big manufacturers, businesses and start-ups have
  shifted their focus onto digital marketing to
  launch their products and services. Firstly,
  there is not much need for big manpower,
  secondly, a wide audience can be reached in a
  better way in a short time span.

• 3. Government Emphasis on Digital India
• The Government of India has shifted its focus to
  make India a digitally empowered society and a
  knowledge economy. Everything is going digital
  these days along with the introduction of digital
  platforms for providing services that were not
  available online/on digital media earlier.
