HISTORY
University of Science and Technology (USTM) was
established in the year 2011. It is situated in
Lumawrie, Meghalaya. It is a part of the
Education Research Development Foundation
(ERDF). The reason behind the establishment of
the university was to provide education to the
students who are in remote areas and pauper
students. The financial condition should not be
the reason for the unavailability of education.
Ever since, the University of Science and
Technology (USTM) has made sure that they have
taken care of many students educational
facilities and has now sworn out to be one of the
best universities in India. The students who have
been pass out from the institution have been able
to create and endeavor an environment that makes
