Solution 1- Use QuickBooks database server manager

• Open the Server
• Click Start option
• Enter QuickBooks Database Server Manager

• Click the Browse option for locating the folder
  with the company file
• Hit OK
• Choose Scan tab

Solution 2- Check host mode on the user systems

• Open the computer
• Locate QuickBooks File menu
• Click utility option
• If you discover Host Multi-User Access on the
  list
• Choose different system
• Hit on the option named Stop Hosting Multi-User
  Access on the list
• Select and then turn off to enable single-user
  mode
• If the hosting mode is disabled on the user
