INTRODUCTION
The Sainik Schools are a system of schools in
India established and managed by the Sainik
Schools Society under the Ministry of Defence
(MOD). They were conceived in 1961 by V. K.
Krishna Menno, the then Defence Minister of
India, to rectify the regional and class
imbalance amongst the Officer cadre of the Indian
Military, and to prepare students mentally and
physically for entry into the National Defence
Academy (NDA). MOD run Sainik Schools as a joint
venture with the respective state governments.
MOD provides annual funding, and serving officers
in key roles such as Principal. State governments
provide the land, infrastructure, and other
teaching and administrative employees. Sainik
Schools follow the "CBSE Plus" by using the CBSE
curriculum while additionally aiming to prepare
children for entry into NDA and INA.

Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit criteria for admission in Sainik School
as on 31 March 2021 Class 6 - 10 to 12 years. The
Entrance Examination will be held for admission
to classes VI IX. Boys and girls who are
between the age of 10 to 12 years and 13 to 15
years respectively on 31st March of the year in
which admission is sought are eligible to take
the Entrance Exam. For admission to Class IX, the
boys should be studying in Class VIII in a
recognized school. Admission will be made
strictly in order of merit only in classes VI and
IX.

Class 6th syllabus 2022-23
All India Sainik School Entrance Exam will be
going to carry out the admission into VI class
and IX Class for the academic year 2022-23 from
all the state in India. Check Sainik School

the students will have to prepare according to
AISSEE 2022 Class 6 Syllabus Official Syllabus
to better understand the topics.
