Approaches to resolve

• Connect Outlook to the Mail account
• First, open MS Outlook, then choose File from the
  menu.
• Click the Add account option to complete the
  installation.
• You will be prompted to enter your email address
  after clicking Connect.
• Outlook users must wait for the host settings to
  auto-optimize.
• Connect is the next step.
• Tap OK after entering your email password.
• Click on the Finish button to end the process.
