COVID-19 infection. This service has a 24-48
hours average turnaround time and includes a Fit
To Fly Certificate issued by our medical team
which is a requirement to board the flight with

When should I book my appointment?
This depends on the service you choose. Our
standard service requires tests to be taken at
least 2-3 days before the flight
departure. Although we have calculated the
process to complete within two working days, we
advise you to book your appointment three days in
advance if possible.

Do I require a Fit to Fly Letter with COVID-19
testing?
Please check with your travel agent and the
airline. It is also a good idea to look for the
latest travel advisory by the government about
your destination country on the FCO (Foreign
Commonwealth Office) website. You may want to
get tested for your own peace of mind pre-travel
so that you know you have done everything in your
control to avoid infecting others on your
journey.

PCR swab testing the procedure
The PCR swab test is painless and quick. A swab
(similar to a thin cotton bud) is taken from the
back of the throat and up the nose, the whole
procedure takes around 1 minute and causes no
distress at all.
