Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a hormonal
disorder which is common among women of
reproductive age. Womens who are diagnosed with
PCOS have infrequent and prolonged menstrual
period and the ovaries produce excess male
hormone levels that is androgens. The ovaries can
also develop numerous small collection of fluid
which may fail to release eggs regularly. This
may affect the women's appearance, fertility and
menstrual cycle.
Common Symptoms of PCOS -

    sugar because the women's with PCOS have insulin

  • Increase fiber intake - eating an adequate amount
    of fibre helps to maintain the blood sugar level

  • Try to add probiotics in your diet for better
    digestion, and cut on coffee, as it may be
    linked  to the changes in oestrogen levels.
