Exercise is what doctors prescribe to cultivate a
healthier you. According to the National
Institute of Health (NIH) guidelines exercise
and dieting reverses metabolic syndrome
(Abdominal Obesity, High Blood Pressure, High
Triglycerides, Insulin Resistance, and Low HDL).

    individualized exercise programs for each
    patient. These programs can focus on several
    health-improving factors such as reaching
    euglycemia for diabetic type 2 patients,
    cardio-protection for heart problems, weight loss
    in obesity, blood pressure depression in
