  • In our clinic the physical therapist designs
    individualized exercise programs for each
patient. These programs can focus on several
    health-improving factors such as reaching
euglycemia for diabetic type 2 patients,
cardio-protection for heart problems, weight loss
in obesity, blood pressure depression in
hypertension, and also simply maintaining a
healthy form. When adopting a fitness lifestyle
one needs an abundance of motivation. Maintaining
a partnership with an expert who understands
    medical implications, psychological factors, and
risk management are imperative to attaining
    goals.
