SILICA GEL DESICCANT POUCH

• Silica gel is an amorphous and porous form
  of silicon dioxide that adsorb moisture in random
  pores having varied diameter. It is nontoxic,
  inert and stable. Silica gel helps to stabilise
  the drug from the effects of moisture when it is
  filled in a container at an RH above 20. It is
  known to perform best at high RH.

OXYGEN ABSORBER

• CILICANT OXYGEN ABSORBER actively preserve
  the freshness, flavour, and stability of packaged
  products by limiting oxygen induced degradation.
  These preservative free absorber pouches
  significantly extend the shelf life of packaged
  food products by creating anaerobic internal
  environment in properly sealed packaging.

MOISTURE ABSORBER

• CILICANT Desiccant Pouches can be safely
  used in direct contact with a wide range of
  pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals. All
  CILICANT  Desiccant Pouches are manufactured in
  ISO 15378 cGMP facility, adhering to stringent
  global standards. Desiccant Pouches also hold
  both a Type III DMF (Drug Master File) and a
  Health Canada Master File (MF).

OXYGEN SCAVENGERS

• The term oxygen scavengers is applied to
  substances that chemically combine with and
  effectively remove oxygen from the headspace of
  the packaging environment. Oxygen scavengers are
  used in packaging systems for baked goods,
  snacks, spices, dried fruits, cured meats, dairy
  products, pasta, coffee, and tea, among others.
