• To arrangement the SMTP Mail Connection
• Open menu 7-1 Company Information.
• Click the Email and Fax Configuration Tab.
• Enter the Email setup Server and Port.
• Open any report printing window.
• From the toolbar, click the Email this report
  symbol.
• Click the Email Settings button.
