The Tendering Engineer is in charge of the tender
process and encourages the submission of offers.
Besides, The Tendering Engineer Job is to receive
offers from qualified tenderers, evaluating these
offers and selecting a preferred bidder in
consultation with the Project Executive.

• They analyze customers' requests for proposals
  (RFP)/quotations (RFQ) and the work scope and
  responsibilities. Moreover, they coordinate with
  sales to determine the price, schedule and
  staffing.

• The Tenders Manager position aims to ensure and
  comply with Service Selling Governance, as well
  as tender processes. The aim is to prepare,
  ensure and keep the information on the
  tenders/bids process up-to-date.

• They ensure that equipment fulfills the
  customer's needs and specifications. This
  involves interpreting customer specifications,
  preparing drawings or diagrams of parts and
  equipment, finding or specifying materials for
  the construction.

• They prepare offer documentation that is in line
  with verified data. The offer documentation
  includes Tender documents and associated files,
  Project work plan, Details of the company,
  Contracting conditions, and much more.
