    while keeping my reputation as well as his
    top-most priority.

    solve. Brett first asks clients What is your
    business trying to accomplish? Why do you exist?
    Defining these values allows you to apply a
    deliberate, rather than impulsive, approach when
    formulating solutions. He breaks down any task or
    solution into three parts Why does my company
    need it? How does it affect our culture and
    business goals? And how might it help advance our
    mission statement? Once hes identified those
    questions, he can develop potential outcomes
    based on whether they fulfill his own personal
    metric for success
