Who is DevOps Engineer?
A DevOps Engineer has thorough knowledge about

Life cycle (SDLC) and has clear understanding of
various automation tools and delivery pipelines
(CI/CD). This role is an essential component in
bridging the gap between Development and
Operations.
DevOps Engineer must be equipped with hand-on
experience and practical know-how along with the
right combination of skills.

Skills Required
Practical knowledge about different development,
deployment and testing tools such as Git,
Jenkins, Maven, Docker, Nagios etc.
Linux fundamentals and scripting knowledge
Experience with delivery pipelines CI/CD
Understanding about cloud platforms (AWS, Azure
etc.)
