• Purchase of company owned mobile phone must be
  done with company s contractor
• Cost must be within eligibility criterion
• Listing must be done with IT department with
  complete employee details
• For reimbursement of mobile purchase bill, bill
  should be sent with all approval to IT
  department
• IT sends it to finance
• Monitoring is done by IT to check, employee
  adhering to mobile policy or not. To crosscheck
  no misuse, security breach done by employee
• All safety security guidelines followed
• Proper handling of confidential information
• Cant be used excessively for personal use

International Calling

• In general international calls are not allowed
  from the company owned mobile phones. However it
  is permitted if an employee is on site or if it
  is demand of business work to make international
  calls then only it is allowed.

  under business reasons.
