During the first half of 2020, the COVID-19
pandemic has wreaked havoc across a number of
industries not least the residential property
market. At the beginning of April, landlords
were advised that they were no longer permitted
to show prospective tenants around properties or,

relaxed restrictions for estate agents and

these activities, a distance of two metres must
be maintained and, its advised that necessary
