1- HAVE A BATH
It is always recommended to take a bath when
epilating. The skin is more relaxed and
desensitized when it has been bathed in warm
water first. Epilating wet skin generally works
better and is more painless than epilating dry
skin.

2- EXFOLIATE
One should always exfoliate before using any
method of hair removal. Exfoliating before
epilation helps to loosen any ingrown hairs and
remove dead skin cells to prep the skin for a
better result.

3- EPLIATE AT THE RIGHT TIME!
Epilating two or three days post shaving is
easier on the skin and is less painful than
epilating two or three weeks post shaving.

4- RINSE BEFORE LOTION
Rather than slathering on cold lotion right after
epilating, rinse your skin under cold water to
close the pores and cool the skin. Giving your
skin and pores some time to recover will prevent
any irritations.

5- TREAT SENSITIVE SKIN DIFFERENTLY
There are various types of epilators for women in
India. Use the epilator that suits you the best
especially if you have especially sensitive skin.
