• Method 1 Run reboot.bat files
• If you are getting a QuickBooks error 15101,
  complete these steps to resolve the error.
• Close QuickBooks application.
• Then on the Shortcut tab of the Properties
  screen, click the Open File Location button.
• Locate a file called Reboot.bat or reboot script
  from the list and right-click to select Run as
  administrator.
• The black CMD window will reveal another
  scrolling file and ask permission to start
  rebooting your computer, accept the permission
  and restart your computer. If a new update is
  available.

• Method 2 Set Internet Explorer as your Default
  Internet Browser
• There may be one of a number of factors causing
  QuickBooks to error out.
• Two of these are old updates or outdated
  software.

  that you have the most current version of
