Helical Piers are a great alternative to concrete
footings. Designed to ensure maximum support,
helical piers consist of a galvanized steel
foundation pin with a welded helical shaped screw
head at the bottom. Using a hydraulic machine,
the heavy-gauge pipe is screwed deep into the
ground, below the frost line. The softer the
soil, the deeper the pile is driven, in some
cases requiring an extension to increase the

jacks are used to lift the building up to its
original position.
