  while technology for protecting homes advances

• Thinking like a burglar means that you dont
  leave your drapes or blinds open with valuable
  items clearly visible through the window, the
  house isnt in total darkness (motion sensor
  lights can help light it up before they make
  their way into your home), your smaller valuables
  and important documents are locked away in a high

• Dont leave valuables in plain sight while it

  burglar alarms to CCTV cameras, a robust security
  system will deter even the bravest (or stupidest,
  or most desperate!) burglar from trying to get

  shrubs may help make your home feel more private,
  they can also provide cover for burglars and
  intruders. Dont let your desire for privacy,
  override your need for security while at home.
• Illuminate vulnerable areas motion sensor
  lights at strategic places around your home, will
  help highlight a criminals activities, and
  hopefully send them running in the opposite
  direction.
• Your home is worth protecting at any cost,
