  • SPHOORTHY ENGINEERING COLLEGE
  • The institution was established in 2004 with the
approval from AICTE. It has a permanent
    affiliation with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological
    University (JNTU), Hyderabad. Sphoorthy
Engineering College has been accredited by NAAC
for holding a promising record of academic
    excellence and achievements. The institution
provides state of the art infrastructural
    facilities for promoting technological
    advancement and innovation.
  • Over the years, the institution has been working
for the betterment of students future by
empowering them with deep conceptual knowledge,
wide technical training opportunities and also by
creating a strong platform for strengthening
their innovative and creative skills. The
    institution has progressed impeccably in
providing best placements for the students every
    year.

  • INTRODUCTION
  • CSE at SPOORTHY offers the following courses and
the standard ones we have taught over the past
ten years. Some of these courses are newly
emerged, and all are in high demand among college
students and professionals who want to upgrade
their skills. So let us go ahead and get started!

  • DATA
  • SCIENCE
  • If we like programming, data analysis, and
solving complex problems, a career in data
science might be right. Data science is a
    relatively young subject involving advanced
computer abilities and statistical knowledge, and
it is also closely related to business
    intelligence, analytics, and artificial
intelligence. According to U.S. News World
Report, data scientists make an average of
120,000 per yearnot bad considering most people
with master's degrees do not even make that much!
A graduate degree will likely help all get the
foot in the door at a large company or
organizationbut if anyone wants to make big
bucks (and have more flexibility), go for an
online program instead of an on-campus degree
program. The best online programs will give all
plenty of opportunities to learn from industry
experts while still allowing us to work
full-time. For example, Georgia Tech offers three
different online master's programs in data
scienceall of which can be completed in less
    than two years!

  • ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE MACHINE LEARNING
  • Artificial intelligence (AI) is a fast-changing
science with far-reaching implications for our
regular activities. AI has given us driverless
cars powerful digital assistants like Siri and
Alexa. New advances in AI have created interest
from large companies and governments across the
globe. Why? Every companybig or smallcould
benefit from AI applications they can provide
automation, help a company recognize patterns,
make predictions, increase efficiency, and many
more. Governments need AI to provide key services
like national security health care systems can
leverage it to prevent disease outbreaks or track
    patients with Alzheimer's disease agriculture
uses AI to track crop growth better energy
markets use it to predict energy demand or
    optimize energy supply.

  • ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE MACHINE LEARNING
  • Machine Learning
  • Deep Learning, AI Robotics, and Autonomous
Systems Machine learning enables computers to
perform tasks that require human intelligence. A
subset of machine learning is known as deep
learning. It has made significant strides and is
now being used by companies like Google,
    Facebook, and Twitter for product
    recommendations, speech recognition, video
tagging, and more. Artificial intelligence (AI)
also takes machine learning one step further by
having machines learn from their own experiences
without human guidance. AI systems have replaced
humans in certain tasks such as guiding military
    drones and autonomous vehicles.

  • Cyber security
  • Students who prefer to study cyber security may
enroll in a course, typically offered as an
online distance learning class. While earning an
online degree, students will engage with some of
today's top instructors and study alongside
students worldwide, all while enjoying convenient
access to libraries and other resources at home.
Distance learning degrees are ideal for those who
prefer to work full-time while pursuing their
education when all is said and done, they could
earn the degree faster than traditional students.
Furthermore, because many programs can be
completed entirely online, there is no need to
relocate or commute between campus visits. That
means more time spent on studies and less
worrying about scheduling conflicts or dealing
with traffic! Online learners also benefit from
24/7 accessibility There is no waiting until
Monday morning to get answers or ask questions.
Instead, we can connect directly with professors
any time of day via email or video chat!

  • Internet of things
  • The Internet of Things, or IoT, is a broad term
used to describe smart devices connected to our
smartphones. Wearables like Fitbit trackers and
Apple Watches are part of IoT because they send
data about our physical activity back to
    centralized servers for analysis. Smart
thermostats like Nest and Hive also fall under
IoT. Today's smartphones represent an even
broader definition of IoT because they can
connect to many other devices, from home
automation gadgets like Amazon Echo and Nest Cam
to wearable fitness trackers. Whether we think of
internet-connected devices as part of IoT (many
companies do not), it is safe to say that more
things will be connected over time. We need more
software developers to create apps that run on
these devices. If all have experience with
programming languages like Java, Python, or
Swift, learn how to write code for embedded
systems and get ready for a career in IoT
    development.

  • Automation and Robotics
  • Computer science is all about automating, and
robotics offers a degree of convenience not found
elsewhere. This emerging course combines two
fields into one we will need to know how to
code, how machines work, and more to thrive. Be
prepared for a heavy workload it is best to have
some programming experience under the belt before
diving into automation and robotics. With a good
grasp of computer science fundamentals, though,
we should be able to take on even complex
projects with ease. While few schools are
offering an official degree in automation and
robotics yet, most computer science programs
include some form of these emerging courses in
    cse at sphoorthy.
