Who are eligible for MEIS Scheme?
Exporters of all kinds from India regardless of
whether they are exporters or merchants (traders)
and/or exporters of manufacturers that export
products that are included in Appendix 3B in the
MEIS Schedule are qualified to benefit from
incentive programs in the MEIS Scheme. MEIS

is determined by the product that is being
exported and not based on the country that it is

and EOU Units are also eligible for benefits
