1. Tap the Picture that you want to rotate.
2. Select the rotation handle at the top of the
   object, and then drag in the direction that you
   want.
3. To flip an Picture, select Picture
   Format gt Rotate gt Flip Vertical or Flip
   Horizontal.
4. For more precise movement, select Picture
   Format  gt Rotate gt More Rotation Options to see
   menu options.
