Education is a somewhat different in New Zealand
as compared to other places in the world. Many

degree is concluded in three years and one has to
study a year to gain an honors degree.

universities too put forward four-year
programs. Students looking to go to New Zealand
to study for more than three months would require
applying for a New Zealand Visa. A student visa
allows applicants to study full-time in New
Zealand for a set period of time.
New Zealand study visa requirements for Indian
students If you are a candidate willing to apply
for your New Zealand Student Visa, you must have
the following documents as part of their visa
application process

• Valid passport
• (INZ 1012) Completed Student Visa Application
  Form Application charge payment receipt
• Letter from your present institution validating
  status as a study abroad student
• Health insurance receipt
• You may need to deposit Health and Character
  certificates, (this is needed to prove that your
  intention of staying in New Zealand is
  legitimate)
• Two passport-sized photographs
