Vanuatus islands are the perfect place to
discover a world of sunshine and wild
adventures. Deserted beaches, ancient cultures,
remote and rugged islands and world-class diving
are just a small part of the magnetism of this
scattered 80-plus island archipelago.
Vanuatu is divided into six provinces. All
provinces have their own signature attractions,
which range from water music, snake dancers and
champagne beaches to vibrant cultures,
magma-filled active volcanos, pristine blue
holes and world war 2 relics.
The countrys population is approximately
270,000 and encompasses a diversity of languages
spoken such as French, English and Bislama.

In January 2017, the Government of Vanuatu
launched their Development Support Program
(DSP). The DSP was enacted under the Citizenship
Act (CAP 112) with the powers conferred on the
Prime Minister by Section 20 of the Citizenship
Act (112) Order No.215 of 2016.
By making an economic contribution to the
countrys DSP, Vanuatu grants its citizenships
and passport to the contributor, their spouse,
children under 25 and parents over 50, within
the same application.
Qualified individuals will be able to acquire
citizenship within 3 months with no interview or
residency requirements.

STEPS TIMELINE
ONE MONTH
Step 1 Prequalification of the primary applicant
Step 2
Citizenship Bay and the client enter into a
service agreement
Advice and assistance are provided to the client
with the preparation of documents and government
forms
Step 3
The applicants file will be complete at this
stage and due diligence fees will be paid
Step 4
Citizenship Bay will submit the preliminary
application to the Financial Intelligence Unit
(FIU) to obtain initial approval
Step 5
ONE MONTH
After the FIU assesses the applicants file and
due diligence is completed, a Clearance Letter
will be issued
Step 6
The applicant is required to make the applicable
contribution to the Development Support Program
(DSP), and the rest of the documents will be
submitted for final approval
Step 7
ONE-TWO MONTHS
Step 8
Government issues the naturalization certificate/s
Passport applications are submitted, and
passports will be issued within few days
Step 9
Passports and naturalization certificates are
delivered to the client in an Oath Ceremony.
Balance of fees will be due
Step 10
