All about Plantar Fasciitis
Medical condition refers to inflammation of the
band of tissues present in the foot that connects
the heel to toe also called policemans heel.
Symptoms include stabbing pain near the heel
region. This pain get worsen in the morning so,
it is also known as awakening pain, and increases
with prolonged exertion, climbing, standing,
