us is familiar with vanilla extract, but what
about Vanilla Powder? Being made from the vanilla

used not only in baking recipes, but due to its
sweet taste, it can also be used as a natural
sweetener, as an alternative to sugar, which is
also beneficial for our health too.

How the powder is made To get the purest form of
Vanilla Powder, the beans are first dehydrated
and then finely ground. There are certain baked
goods which cannot handle the additional liquid
vanilla extract, so the powder can be used as an
alternative. When the powder is pure, just
sprinkle it instead of a full teaspoon on baked
goods like cookies, doughnuts and you are good to
