Brightwater Senior Living employs nearly 500
employees across its facilities that focus on
delivering stellar services to residents.
Managing such a large workforce that is spread
across different branches is a challenge in
itself. For instance, various methods were used
for timekeeping and payroll management across the
branches. As a result, information was
fragmented, making it difficult to keep track of
employee activities. Brightwater sought to
consolidate timekeeping and payroll management
into a single, intuitive, and easy-to-use
platform.
Solution
After conducting an extensive amount of research,
Brightwater Senior Living chose the RightPunch
app with face recognition - an affordable,
simplified, and touchless time capture solution
for UKG. The face matching configuration for
employee time capture was selected to help the
organization streamline timekeeping and payroll
management in a hygienic way. With its seamless
integration into UKG Ready, RightPunch also
provided a cost-effective solution to capture and
feed time data across all locations into a
single, centralized timekeeping
system. RightPunch is a modern and innovative
time capture app that is perfect for Brightwater
Senior Living for several reasons.
To submit punches, RightPunch requires employees
to simply take their picture using off-the-shelf
tablets that are set up across the facilities.
The solution allows Brightwater to easily collate
all the relevant information in a single,
