What is spin bike
The spin bike, also known as an indoor cycle, is
a type of stationary exercise bike. In addition
to upright exercise bikes, stationary bikes can
also be classified as recumbent exercise bikes.
The spin bike is a particular type of bicycle
with a lot of advantages and disadvantages. Best

People who ride regularly probably already know
