NEEL KHOKHANI

About Neel Khokhani
  • Neel Khokhani, a 28 years old founder and owner
of Soar aviation, experienced astonishing growth
over the past years of 568 , accruing revenues
of over 12 million in the previous financial
year. Neel firmly believes that the success of a
business can be attributed to modern approaches
for flight training, eschewing the more "muscle
car"-like planes like Pipers for a fleet of 45
light sports aircraft and Cessnas. All these
contribute to lower costs of fuel and emissions.
Soar Aviation accrued partnership benefits with
training organizations such as Box Hill Tafe,
which helped boost the number of students from 10
in 2016 to over 500 in 2018. although the
business operations, Soar Aviation has not taken
any external funding. Neel Khokhani started his
business investment with 5000. for him, giving
away too much equity early on is an "easy trap"
    for young entrepreneurs.

Soar Aviation
  • Soar Aviation was founded in 2013 to address the
global shortage of commercial pilots. It's one of
the most unorthodox entries on this year's
    Smart50, offering training and accreditation
through a Victorian-based flight school. However,
the business has recently been sold to a private
equity fund, The Growth Fund. Neel feels it will
bring him perceptibly closer" to his long-term
    goal of running his airline.
  • Neel Khokhani attributes successfully running
Soar Aviation young age in part to his success,
with the founder gaining his commercial pilots'
license at 18. Having an innovative choice of
aircraft means lower operating costs savings are
passed on to consumers in lower fees. According
to the head of Soar Neel Khokhani, their program
is over 30 cheaper than other comparable
products. Neel's move to start and successfully
run Soar Aviation has ignited the flame of many
individuals who dream of becoming aviators. The
corresponding effort he put into achieving his
dreams is highly incredible, making him stand out
from the crowd and other entrepreneurs of his
    generation.

How Did Neel Khokhani Go About His Career Success
  • Neel Khokhani's story started in his childhood.
While he was still young, he had a dream of
owning an airline. By then, his father kept
telling him that he was too young and his dream
    was too big.
  • During the same year, Neel Khokhani didn't give
up and instead committed to achieving people's
dreams. As a result of giving 100 to his dream,
he's currently named the 51st rank on the list
of young entrepreneurs in Australia. His journey
of achieving something from nothing wasn't as
easy as you'd think. But despite all, he took
every challenge as his motivation gear, including
    his job.
  • As we currently speak, Neel Khokhani now owns a
flying school in Australia. from the firm
determination he had, he founded his aviation
school, soar aviation school, in 2016. Soar
aviation school currently has 67 aircraft, three
airport campuses, and over 500 students.

  • Years before owning an aircraft, Neel Khokhani
was relocated to Australia at 16 years,
facilitated by Richard Branson and aimed to
commence an airline. By then, his only limiting
factor was that he could not fly. But learning
how to fly put him a step ahead. At 18 years, he
obtained his flying license and began to
instruct. While still working, he thought owning
    a fleet would be better.
  • While still working, he approached his boss and
let him know about his dreams, assuming he'd be
delighted to hear about the idea. It was so
unfortunate that his boss couldn't buy the idea,
and instead, he sucked him. His suggestion was to
start a flying school where he could run better,
and then when he went ahead with an established
    soar aviation school in Australia.
