along with heat, perspiration, sweating, and a
lot of energy that needs to be channelled into
productive and healthy activities. If you arent
able to utilize your energy whatever the reason
may be then it starts to make you feel frustrated
and ultimately desperate. You dont have to
close yourself in an air conditioning room or a
cubicle otherwise you feel anxiety and
stress. In this article, we are going to talk
about solutions to problems related to anxiety
and stress, especially in summers. You can do a
lot of things in summer to release your stress
but we are going to talk about some of the most
important activities that are healthy and
productive at the same time. Be compassionate
to yourself Already there is enough heat to
compete with then why do you want to beat
yourself in order to achieve what you want to.
If you shall then you may be trapped in an
anxiety disorder and nobody would care about you
except you! So, take your time and say no to the
things that make you feel uncomfortable. Take
care of yourself because you are the only one who
knows what you really want and how you can
achieve your goals. But dont try to compete with
yourself or push yourself too hard. Take your
time, think again and again, and reset your
goals. Make baby steps and embrace your little
acts of kindness plus celebrate your every
success. Celebration, kindness, compassion, and
quick meditation are some of the attributes of a
real successful person. Seek Support and
Meditation Vulnerability is not a wholesome
negative word. It's alright to be vulnerable at
some point in your life. It's normal because we
are made from bone and flesh, not from steel. So,
dont hesitate to seek the support of someone
who can help you like your family doctor or your
friend. We are assuring you that if you feel
stressed then seeking help from someone who is
professional is a normal thing to do. Focus on
the present because yesterday is history,
tomorrow is a mystery but the present is a gift.
So, live every moment, feel your breath, and pay
attention to the sound of your feet while you
walk. While eating your meal, enjoy the taste of
every bite. Focus on little things that make you
happy. Enjoy the sun on your face when you spend
time outside. You can also join some mindful
meditation groups where you could be more able to
share your feelings. Additionally, it will help
you to be more social. Some other simple ways to
release your anxiety There are also other ways
to release your anxiety like taking a walk and if
