• Verify the correctness of the mapped file

  to Yes if previously No was selected and No if
  previously Yes was selected. Save and Close.

  correct try remapping the drive to a new letter

• Remap your network drive to a new letter by
  selecting Map a network drive from the Computer
  tab.
• Open your company file using the new mapped-drive
  letter.
• Select Help and Update QuickBooks.
• Under the Options tab, switch the Shared Download
  off and then switch it on again.

• Run QuickBooks as an admin if you are still
