subclass 188 visa and have a nomination from an
Australian State or Territory government agency.

members with you. - Significant Investor Extension stream
- This is also a provisional visa for businessmen
or entrepreneurs to own or manage existing
business valid for 6 years initially and can
have an extension of up to 4 years. The
applicant must hold a subclass 188 visa in the
Significant Investor and Significant Investor
Extension stream and have a nomination from an
Australian State or Territory government agency.
6- Premium Investor stream (Sub Class PIV)
- The Premium Investor Visa (PIV) focuses on
attracting a limited number of highly skilled
and talented individuals to Australia who can
add their skills and creativity in places that
provide the nation with long-term economic
benefits. - Applicants must have the capacity to invest AUD
15 million in Australia and nomination from AUS
trade. Valid for 4 years. - Entrepreneur stream (Sub Class 188e)
- This temporary visa allows an Entrepreneur to do
business in Australia. Valid for 4 years.
Aspirants must have a funding agreement of at
least AUD 200,000 to conduct business in
Australia.
