Use Laptops Instead of Phones
  • When students attend online classes, they must
    ensure to use a desktop, laptop, or tablet for
    it. The reason is that the bigger screen gives a
    better view and comfort. Using a mobile phone
    will only end up putting a strain on the eyes.

Keep Your Distance
  • It is very important that the students must keep
    their distance from the screen. Students should
    maintain a distance of at least 30cm from books
    and tablets, and 50cm from desktop computers and
    laptops.
