A hemiplegic cerebral palsy is a form of spastic

This disease affects a group of muscles on one
side to become motionless. This cerebral palsy
condition is caused by a stroke. It includes
facial, arm, and leg muscles.

Causes
Spastic hemiplegia is caused by a brain injury,
specifically to the motor cortex, or dysfunction,
which can occur in a variety of ways. Injuries
before, during, or shortly after birth can cause
spastic hemiplegia in children.

Signs And Symptoms
Hemiplegic spastic cerebral palsy is
distinguished by less use of one side of the
body, functionally weak one upper extremity
usually the hands, deformity of one lower limb,
delayed achievement of developmental stages, late
onset of walking, and so on. This variousness has
a lower incidence of epilepsy and other
associated medical problems.
