About Us
Gordons was established in 1994 and with nearly
three decades of experience we have the knowledge
and efficiency to provide our clients with
quality advice at economic rates. We ensure that
we meet all our client's needs wherever they are,
as quickly as possible.
Our approach allows us to consistently punch
above our weight and provide a unique
combination of expertise and value for money in
an increasingly competitive market place for
legal services. We are the main or sole legal
adviser to numerous UK listed companies and we
provide advice, both domestically and
internationally, to many household names across
the spectrum of personal, corporate, commercial
and medical fields. The firm is highly rated by
Chambers. Our clients, who range from
individuals to the biggest of insurers and
multinationals, appreciate both our openness and
our pragmatic approach. The firm is growing and
we have been joined by like-minded individuals
and practices. We are an active member of the
United Legal Network (www.united-
legal-network.com) and this enables us to provide
contacts and referrals in most European
countries. At home, we try our very best to
support local schools and chosen charities and,
in 2015, we became the official sponsor of the
LPC Litigation prize awarded to students at the

Our family, healthcare, wills probate and
property work is dealt with by our Guildford
office. Its important for you to know who will
deal with your work on a day to day basis. We
believe that the best approach to resolve your

intellectual property and dispute resolution
work is dealt with by our London office.
Over 11 departments in 2 locations The firm has
two offices, one in Holborn, London and the
other in Guildford. The two offices are used to
working together to provide a seamless service

Commercial Dispute Resolution We advise on

dealing with general disputes, international

Commercial Real Estate We advise on all aspects
of commercial real estate law including sales
and purchases, options, commercial lending,
retail leasing, office leasing, statutory
utility and development work.
Corporate Finance Law We advise on all aspects
of public and private corporate law from
starting a business to complex MA and finance
transactions. Our work includes dealing with
acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs
and buy-ins, joint ventures, corporate
reorganisations and public takeovers.
Employment We advise on all aspects of employment
law including employee benefits, discrimination,
disciplinary hearings, dismissal and statutory
and common law rights, all aspects of TUPE and
corporate restructuring. We can help you
negotiate severance arrangements and we can
bring and defend claims at the employment
tribunal.
Family Law We provide advice on all aspects of
relationship breakdown, including divorce and
separation, whether of married, cohabiting or
civil partners. We also advise on pre-nuptial,
post-nuptial or co- habitation agreements,
financial settlements and international
relocation and occupation and much more.
