    masala mixes. Choose one that has coarsely ground
    spices as they retain more of the flavors and
    aroma of the spices. All you might need to do is
    sauté some onions, ginger garlic paste, and

Paneer butter biryani

    make two dishes for the weekend. Simply make some
    extra paneer butter masala and keep it aside.
    Steam some basmati rice, get a big pot out, and
    start layering by laying down the rice first and
    then adding some of the paneer butter masala on
    top of it. Keep repeating the layers, and once
    you are done with the last layer of rice, just
    add a bit of fried onions (birista) on top.
