Michael Meoli of San Diego was an active-duty
Navy SEAL from the early to mid-1970s, and a
Special Operations Corpsman in the Navy
Reserves at SEAL Team 3, Coronado. He is
credentialed in the state of California to teach
and has instructed numerous classes in the field
of emergency medicine, rescue, and crisis
intervention. He is a retired paramedic and
firefighter. Mr. Meoli was a Field Trainer on
the SDFD Special Response Team.

teaching credential by the state of
California and has expertise to instruct
used his classes in
emergency medicine, crisis intervention, and
rescue. Mr. Meoli resides in San Diego, and in
1982 he helped found the citys first tactical
EMS Team. He was a Navy SEAL Operator
Chief/Advanced Tactical Practitioner and retired
in 2013.
