  • Stacker Crane
  • A storage system with a stacker crane is a
    solution for internal product and material
    circulation that is effective, dependable, and
    safe to operate. The system comprises of a
    multi-segment steel design that enables the
    storage of items on mobile trays. Its front and
    back sections serve as its supporting structure,
    and a stacker crane moves between them along a
    guide rail.
  • Multiple loading and unloading stations can be
    included in the system to make it easier to load
    commodities for storage and move them to various
    technological equipment ( punching machines,
    laser cutters, etc.).
  • The storage control system enables full warehouse
    management and allows for interaction with
    ERP/WMS class systems (minimum status monitoring,
    location, electronic order management, applying
    of FIFO principle). The system reduces the need
    for forklifts to move materials between
    technology line components, improving
    productivity and job safety.
  • Mono Tower Lite
  • The Monotower Lite is an automated storage system
    designed to hold small quantities of sheets
    (steel sheets, plates, laminates, etc.) that are
    no larger than 3 m x 1.5 m in size. Due to its
    small size, this system enables the operator to
    easily and quickly access stored items while
    storing up to 75 tonnes of materials in just 16
    m² of space. In order to make the best use of the
    storage space that is available, it is ideal to
    have it installed right next to a laser cutting
    machine.
  • The system consists of a storage column and a
    shelf-moving extractor. Holding the operator
    panel button causes the movement to start. Using
    a lifting mechanism or a forklift, materials are
    directly loaded and unloaded from the elevator.
    The system has a de-palletizer that is used to
    separate pallets from sheet metal packages. The
    machine comes with the MS-12 Lite control system,
    which has a 7" touch screen and is simple to use
    and intuitive.
  • Mono Tower
  • The Monotower automated storage system is ideal
    for storing long-load products such as bars,
    profiles, pipes, etc., and sheets like metal
    plates, boards, laminated panels, etc.),
    including pallets and numerous other heavy and
    large items.

    between the storage columns and the loading
    station using a single transporting column with a
    moving extractor and two storage columns. The
    trays are moved outside the front storage column
    by a second motor at the loading station level,
    enabling forklift truck loading and unloading. At
    guides leading to storage spaces, there are trays
    mounted every dozen or so cm in storage columns.

  • 5. Loader 3015
  • The Loader 3015 is an automated system that can
    be integrated with lasers from various
    manufacturers. It loads and unloads metal sheets
    from the laser-cutting machine table. The
    independent operating modules for loading and
    unloading are the major components.
