Principles of Fluidized bed dryer (FBD) Bags

• In a fluidized bed dryer, hot air is pushed
  through a perforated bottom of the container
  housing the grains that need to be dried at a
  high pressure.
• The fluidized state refers to the situation
  where the grains are raised off the ground and
  suspended in the airstream.
• Every granule is surrounded by heated air, which
  thoroughly dries them. The grains dry evenly as a
  result.
