About
westkelownacrossfit Nick Deschenes WKF Owner,
CFL2
Nick was introduced to CrossFit in 2016 and fell
in love with the methodology immediately. The
variety and intensity substituted his former
athletic self as a professional hockey player.
Nick is a student of the sport and has competed
all over North America narrowly missing the
CrossFit Games in 2021. He is seen leading group
classes as well as programing and coaching local
athletes of various athletic backgrounds.
