Michael Conner, Ed.D is a talented and
experienced educator who works to eliminate
biases in statistical models. As an author and
podcaster, he shares his experiences and wisdom
with other educators. He is a graduate of Lasell
University and holds his B.A. in elementary
education. Dr. Conner continued his education at
the University of Bridgeport and Southern
Connecticut State University and then received
his Ed.D. from Cambridge College.

Doctor Michael Conner, Ed.D is an alum of
Southern Connecticut State University where he
received his Sixth-Year Diploma of Advanced
Studies in educational leadership. He holds his
Ed.D. from Cambridge College and completed MIT
Sloan School of Managements Advanced
Certificate for Executives in July 2021.
Beginning his career as a fourth-grade teacher,
he has worked in education for over twenty
years, serving as a principal, assistant
superintendent, chief academic officer and in
other leadership roles.

Michael Conner, Ed.D is an educator,
entrepreneur, and author. As CEO of Agile
Evolutionary Group, he supports learning
organizations to find and implement changes to
their systems that create success. Dr. Conner is
working on a new podcast addressing topics that
affect the education sector. He created the
Disruptive Excellence Framework. He holds a
graduate diploma in business analytics from
Harvard University as well as an advanced
certificate in management, innovation, and
technology from MIT Massachusetts Institute of
Technology.

A N E D U C A T O R Founder of Agile Evolutionary
Group, Michael Conner, Ed.D, established the
organization in the New Haven area. He has been
an educator for close to twenty years. He worked
in the classroom as a fourth-grade teacher and
then as a curriculum specialist. He would
eventually step into leadership roles for
various schools in New England. Dr. Conner lives
in Connecticut, and he studied at the University
of Connecticut, completing the Executive
Leadership Program. He holds his Ed.D. from
Cambridge College.

Dr. Michael Conner, Ed.D is the Founder CEO of
Agile Evolutionary Group, and creator of the
Disruptive Excellence Framework. Before founding
his company, he was the Superintendent of
Schools in Middletown, Connecticut. He has
served in a number of educational leadership
positions including Chief Academic Officer in
Norwalk Connecticut. Dr. Conner completed the
Executive Leadership Program at the University
of Connecticut as well as the AASA/Howard
University National Urban Superintendents
Academy program in the District of Columbia.
