different lanyards. How do you achieve that? The

for each group. Speakers and lecturers should
get certain coloured Conference lanyards and
badges (say) light green. Add "SPEAKER"
prominently to whatever text will be printed on
the lanyard. This will please them and also make
it easy to identify them in the
gathering. Follow the above procedure for each
of the categories you have listed. Give more
prominence to the above and less to such
things as conference themes etc. Of course, your
company logo is important so post-conference,
people (and there will be many of them), who keep
the lanyards will remember the organiser and how
the event went. But if your boss insists that
the text must contain the full company name and
logo don' t fret because you can still achieve
your goal of identifying groups via the
conference badge. Now looking at the list,you
also know the numbers of lanyards that will be
required. All that is now left is for you to
select the material for the conference badges and
