About Bhitarkanika Wildlife Sanctuary
Bhitarkanika wild life sanctuary in Kendrapara,
Odisha is extended around 672 Kilometers. This
wild life sanctuary is the 2nd largest mangrove
ecosystems of India. Due to its closeness to Bay
of Bengal the soil is rich in salts, the
vegetation and the types of the wildlife
sanctuary is primarily found in the tropical and
subtropical bury flowing areas.
