PALLET DISPENSER
A pallet dispenser also known as a destacker or
automatic palletizer is a device typically used
to dispense pallets from a stack one at a time
to an automatic palletizing system or to a hand
truck for manual operations Our palletizers are
easy to use and setup in a rugged design for
everyday use. This palletizing system handles
pallets between 30 and 48 wide in either
orientation.

THE JANTZ PALLETIZER ADVANTAGES
Easily integrated into Palletizer/Depalletizer
controls. Can be used to dispense to a conveyor
for automatic use with a palletizer, to the floor
for manual use, or can receive pallets to be
stacked operating in reverse mode. Lower Pallet
damage-related issues. Discharges pallets to the
rear or either side.

ROBOTIC PALLETIZING SYSTEMS
Palletizing robots take up less floor space than
conventional systems and have the ability to
handle multiple products at the same time. This
robot palletizing system also helps to reduce
injuries caused by manual stacking done by
humans. Our single robotic palletizer can handle
8-12 SKUs at a time. When compared to manual
palletizing, labor costs are significantly
reduced and costly repetitive stress injuries
are eliminated for an automatic bag palletizer.
