Just follow these simple steps.

• Firstly go to bellsouth.com, login and click on
  your email address.
• Click the bell subscriber icon at the top of the
  page and then click settings.
• Now scroll down and click the Blocked Addresses
  tab.

• Go to the add an address section and enter your
  email address and in the box that says "Select a
  program" select Outlook (mine is Windows) Maptime
  (the prompt will say Outlook needs administrator
  approval).
• Click OK you should now be able to receive mail
  through your BellSouth account.
