• More and more people have the goal of opening a
  distillery, but you shouldn't take it lightly or
  enter the process unprepared. Before spending a
  large amount of money on a piece of property and
  a tonne of equipment, there are many questions
  you need to ask and answers you need to know.
  Though we need several manuals to explain
  everything you need to know to start a distillery
  and launch a brand, this article should at least
  provide you with a good place to start your
  research.

• Distilleries are increasing in the USA at an
  alarming rate. If you are also interested in

• A Source of Water Alcohol cannot be produced
  without water. You'll need a reliable source of
  water for your distillery because refining is
  essentially a process of adding and subtracting
  it throughout your production.
• Still It is the most important equipment that is
  always required to open a distillery. Both
  Germany and the US are famous for their large,
  expensive and copper vessel stills. But over the
  past few years, China is also emerging in the
  scene.

• Add ons Apart from still, there are some add ons
  that are required. The list includes boiler, mash
  tun, cooling system, pumps, tanks and
  installation. The cost of it will be around a
  million dollars easily.
• Other vital ComponentsIn Addition to this, the
  other vital component includes boiler and mash
  tun. This is used to create fermented liquid
  which will be processed through the still. Cost
  of the boiler will be around 55000-60000 and
  its installation cost goes around 32000.

• Fermenters and tanks are also required to hold
  liquid before or after the distillation process.
  It takes a lot of time and effort to get them
  certified after the sale. 
• Apart from above mentioned equipment, the other
  essential equipment includes high quality
  industrial and portable pumps. You cannot be
  cheap with pumps. About 4-5 pumps are essential
  to hold.
