 Day Porter Services
A Day Porter, also known as a Day Matron or
simply a Porter, is a person that is stationed in
a commercial building such as an office building
to assist in daily facility duties which are
mostly cleaning related. These duties can
include, but are not limited to policing public
areas, touching up restrooms, restocking
consumable paper/soap supplies, policing entrance
ways, changing light bulbs, picking up in smoking
areas, checking cafeterias/coffee stations,
cleaning up spills, completing specialty detail
cleaning, deep cleaning, and performing other
duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager

 External Grounds Clean-up
Exterior grounds maintenance, including grass and
weed cutting, clippings removal, leaf raking,
litter removal, sidewalk surface and parking lot
surface maintenance, de-icing, and snow removal.

 Outdoor Furniture Clean-up  
No matter how careful you are, something is bound
to spill on your patio furniture. Maybe someone
drops guacamole on the cushions of your sectional
deck sofa or tips over a glass wine onto the
dining table in your screened-in porch. Suntan
lotion is bound to get wiped onto poolside
sunloungers at some point, and those are just of
few of the ways people can muck up your pristine
outdoor setting. Mother nature has plenty of
tactics too. Wind, rain, sun, trees, bugs, birds,
critters and many more things can dirty up and
damage your furniture if you dont take
preventative steps and clean it regularly. But
woods, metals and plastics all need to be
attended to a little differently.

Post-Construction Clean-up
Post-construction cleaning is a cleaning service
done to new or renovated buildings. From the word
itself, post-construction, it is understood
that this cleaning is done after the construction
part. A construction contractor may do a general
cleaning of debris, but detailed cleaning is not
part of their job anymore
